The Whiting School of Engineering encourages and supports a wide variety of dynamic and mutually-beneficial partnerships with industry, goverment, and research and educational institutions from across the country and around the world.
Collaborative research, technology transfer, educational outreach, corporate sponsorship, and cooperative international programs are among the many ways the Whiting School reaches new audiences and promotes the dissemination of new technologies.
"There is synergy between what we are doing at Bentley and that the Department of Civil Engineering is doing. In the long term, there are areas of research [at the Whiting School] we’d like to fund and take advantage of,” says Buddy Cleveland, Senior Vice President for Bentley Systems, Incorporated.
